Transparent Power Billing
Monthly average power billing is calculated based on the average of hourly readings within a calendar month (approx. 720 samples). Single-path circuit breaker limit is 6 kVA.
Base Fee
Monthly average power under 4.5 kVA. Fixed monthly rack rent of 6,000 HKD.
Overage Charge
Monthly average power exceeds 4.5 kVA. A base overage fee of HKD 7,000/rack is applied for that month.
Tiered Excess
Excess portion is charged at HKD 4,000/rack for every 0.5 kVA. Any amount less than 0.5 kVA is rounded up.

Meets financial-grade security and continuity requirements, providing a stable and reliable operating environment.

Dual 11kV CLP utility feeds. 2N UPS architecture (10-15 mins battery). 24-hour backup generator fuel. UPS-protected N+1 chilled water system.

Contract Terms
Initial Term
24 months.
Monthly Rent Adjustment
5% increase on the previous month's rent every 12 months.
Auto-Renewal
Auto-renews for 12 months unless a 3-month prior notice is given.
Early Termination
Early termination fee is 100% of the service fee for the remaining contract term.

Are there sales taxes?
All prices are pre-tax. Hong Kong is tax-free. Proforma Invoice provided.
What is included in the rack?
Standard 47U rack. Smart PDU. Patch panels or rails not included.
Move-Out Obligation
Equipment must be removed within 7 days after termination. Overdue assets are considered abandoned and will be powered down and cleared by our company.
