No. We handle hardware, networking and colocation. You manage the operating system and applications.
When should I buy hardware?
Consider buying and colocating when you need specialized hardware or expect to run it for 24 months or longer.
Can you colocate my existing hardware?
Yes. We handle cross-border shipping, rack installation, network connectivity and on-site support.
Procurement and costs
What does the 15% service fee cover?
Requirements and planning, sourcing, assembly, testing, shipping and customs coordination, rack installation, handover and a 90-day hardware warranty after deployment.
Do you only source new hardware?
No. Choose new, used, refurbished or mixed builds. We list the condition of each key component.
How are taxes and extra storage billed?
They are charged at actual cost and excluded from the base used to calculate the 15% service fee.
Delivery and warranty
How long does burn-in testing take?
We run combined stress tests for 5â7 days and deliver only after every test passes.
What if hardware is damaged in transit?
We use reinforced packaging and shipping insurance. If damage occurs, we contact the carrier, investigate and coordinate the insurance claim.
Can I retrieve my hardware?
Yes. Once outstanding charges and colocation fees are settled, we remove and pack the equipment and coordinate collection.
